Running, strength, and injury prevention programs that are designed to help you move better — for longer.

How I can help

  • Pre-Made Plans

Includes 5k, 10k and half marathon distances as well as a general return to run plan following injury

  • Custom Training Plans

Includes all race distances up to the marathon, designed based on you and your individual goals

  • Strength & Injury Prevention

Combines strength, stability, and mobility work, along with corrective exercises to improve performance, and reduce injury risk

Training Philosophy

My approach to training is rooted in balance. I believe well-rounded training should not only help you become a better runner or athlete but also support your overall well-being. My goal is to help you perform at your best while also build a sustainable relationship with movement, one that feels fun, empowering, and lasts a lifetime!

Meet the Team

Hi! I’m Kait, I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy, and Endurance Strength and Conditioning Coach. I’m here to help you train smarter, stay injury-free, and actually enjoy the process along the way.

While I will be the one writing the programs, I have two very important (and furry) assistants: Gus, who’s always up for slow walk, a sweet treat, or a belly rub, and Baxter, who prefers awkwardly supervising from as far away as possible.

  • A Big Fluffy Good boy

3 year old, big goofy Bernese Mountain Dog who loves old tennis balls, sleeping in our bed, and belly rubs

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy, UESCA Endurance Strength & Conditioning Coach

Passionate about helping people reach their full potential through personalized, remote training.

  • Sleepy (sometimes spicy) good boy

The best older brother, loves tunafish treats, sleeping under the blankets, and watching people run on the treadmill
